Three Steps to Group Day

1. Tell us the basics — date, headcount, occasion, and whether you want shared pickup, private pickup, or to self-drive to the Lahbab meeting point.

2. We propose the plan — vehicles from the four-machine fleet, session lengths, convoy structure and any add-ons such as the BBQ dinner.

3. Confirm on WhatsApp — availability, transport and your total are confirmed before anything is locked in. The booking form takes up to 10 buggies per enquiry.

Yes — private convoys run your group only, with no strangers, on the Private VIP format. For larger headcounts we run multiple buggies and staggered convoys with a dedicated guide structure.

Yes — the BBQ desert safari format (buggy ride plus Bedouin camp dinner) is the usual group closer. Ask when you enquire and we will fold it into the plan.

The earlier the better for 5+ buggies and for private-convoy formats, which need dedicated scheduling. Small groups can often be placed within days — message us with your date first.
