Dune Buggy + Camel Ride Dubai — Questions Answered
The camel ride is 20 minutes around the Bedouin camp perimeter. Camels are accompanied by an experienced handler and are suitable for all ages from 5+. No riding experience is needed — the handler leads the camel throughout.
It's one of our most family-friendly tours. Children aged 5+ are welcome for the camel ride. Children aged 10+ can ride as a passenger in the dune buggy. The sandboarding section is open to all ages. The total activity level is moderate — no fitness requirement.
Yes — morning departures at 7:00am and 9:00am are available. The morning slot is excellent for cooler temperatures and better photography light. The 3pm and 4pm departures are popular for the golden afternoon light over the dunes.
Yes — the upgrade from the camel ride combo (AED 750) to the full BBQ dinner safari (AED 950) is AED 200 per vehicle and must be done when booking. It is not possible to upgrade on the day as the dinner camp requires advance reservation.
