When you book a tour or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, hotel/pickup location, tour date and number of buggies. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are made in cash or card on arrival at the desert.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to confirm and arrange your booking, send reminders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except our transport partners as required to deliver your session.
Data Retention
Booking records are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time via email or WhatsApp.
