Terms & Conditions

By booking a dune buggy session with Red Desert Buggies, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone or our website enquiry form. We operate on a "Book Now, Pay Later" basis — no deposit is required. Payment is made in cash (AED) or card at the desert on the day of your session.

Pickup

Free hotel pickup is available from all hotels in Dubai and Sharjah. Your pickup time will be confirmed 24 hours before via WhatsApp. Please be ready 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Health & Safety

All drivers must disclose any health conditions that may be affected by off-road driving including pregnancy, heart conditions, back problems, epilepsy and severe motion sickness. Red Desert Buggies reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons without refund. All participants must follow guide instructions at all times.

Vehicle & Driving

All participants must complete the safety briefing before driving. 2-seater buggies do not require a driving licence. The 4-seater UTV driver must hold a valid driving licence. No racing, no overtaking the guide vehicle, and no driving beyond the designated route.

Liability

Red Desert Buggies is a fully licensed and insured UAE operator. Participation in buggy activities is at the participant's own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property. All participants are covered by our public liability insurance.
