Secure loose items and follow your guide’s briefing. Confirm supplied equipment and document requirements for your booking.
Wear practical clothing for the outing
Choose comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen, and ask about any specific clothing requirements when confirming your ride.
Your outfit should work for the full plan, including transport and any dinner or extra activity. Keep loose items secured before riding and follow the team’s instructions about what can be carried in the vehicle.
A simple packing checklist
Keep your essential details easy to access without carrying unnecessary valuables.
- Your confirmed meeting pin or pickup instructions and the team’s contact number.
- A charged phone for your arrival arrangements.
- Sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Any documents specifically requested by the team.
- Your confirmed quotation and booking conversation.
Confirm equipment rather than assuming
A safety briefing, professional guide and mineral water are among the advertised inclusions. Ask which protective equipment is supplied for your exact machine and participants, and confirm any fitting or clothing instructions before you arrive.
This checklist does not replace the briefing for the actual vehicle. Tell the team if you are new to buggy riding and ask them to explain anything you are unsure about.
Plan photos and extra activities
Ask the guide about appropriate opportunities for photos and how to secure your phone during the ride. Do not assume a particular photo stop or additional activity fits within the riding duration.
If you have added dune bashing or BBQ, confirm the sequence and total outing time. Share dietary requests for the BBQ before booking so the team can confirm what can be arranged.
Make the next step yours.
Share your date and preferences. The team will confirm availability, participant requirements and the complete quotation.
