List drivers and passengers separately

Share the number of participants, their ages and how many people would like to drive. Minimum ages, driving requirements and passenger suitability depend on the confirmed machine and arrangements.

Every buggy seats 2, so the inquiry suggests one buggy per two guests — but that does not mean every child can participate. Ask for the requirements that apply to your group before paying.

Agree the buggy allocation

Ride prices are per buggy. Once the team confirms how many vehicles are needed, compare the chosen duration and machine rate across the whole group.

If some guests want a different duration or activity, explain that in the additional requests. Ask how the group will be coordinated and whether the requested arrangement is available. Driver changes during a ride should also be confirmed in advance.

Calculate transport for everyone travelling

Shared pickup is AED 100 per person. Private pickup is AED 500 per car, with up to 6 passengers per car. Seven passengers therefore require two private cars in the calculator, totalling AED 1,000 for transport.

Confirm the actual transfer arrangements, including any child-seat requests, with the team. Private cars carry up to 6 passengers each; a transport calculation does not confirm child participation.

Prepare one clear group inquiry

For a birthday, team outing or a visit with friends, share the occasion and practical requirements together. Decorations, private camps and special arrangements are not assumed inclusions.

• Preferred date and approximate group size.
• Driver and passenger numbers and ages.
• Machine preferences, ride duration and extra activities.
• Pickup location or self-drive plan.
• Any dietary requests or special arrangements to confirm.
