Compare the three arrival arrangements

Meeting-point arrival means arranging your own journey and receiving a confirmed location and arrival time. A hotel transfer is selected separately in the inquiry. Do not assume a ride price or a combined activity package includes hotel pickup.

Shared and private transfer requests also need confirmation. Give the team the hotel name and location so they can confirm coverage, collection details and the arrangements for your date.

Calculate transport separately from the buggy

For two guests, shared transport is AED 200. One private car is AED 500 under the listed rates. These amounts are added to the ride and selected activities, rather than replacing the per-buggy price.

For six guests, shared transport totals AED 600, while one private car totals AED 500. For seven guests, the calculator requires two private cars, totalling AED 1,000. Confirm the actual allocation with the team, particularly when the group has specific seating needs.

A lower calculated transport total does not establish that a transfer is available at your requested time. Compare the cost alongside the collection arrangements before deciding.

Allow for the complete journey

A one-hour buggy ride describes riding time rather than a one-hour trip from the hotel and back. The transfer, arrival, briefing and optional activities also need space in your schedule. Travel timing depends on your collection location and confirmed plan.

If you have a flight, dinner reservation or another tour afterwards, give the team the deadline before confirming. Ask for the expected pickup and return arrangements instead of estimating the whole outing from the buggy duration.

Send a clear pickup request

Use the exact hotel or collection address, the total number of guests and your preferred date. Mention if guests are staying at different properties; a private transfer does not automatically promise multiple collection stops.

Ask about any child-seat or luggage arrangements before booking. Keep the confirmed meeting or pickup instructions accessible on the day, together with the contact number supplied for your outing.
